About Jacob Dyke: Founder of Anchor Coaching

My journey into coaching began as I went through career transition. I had reached a point of frustation and confusion that I had never had before. I could not for the life of me understand what God was doing nor what I should be doing. I was led by a friend to consider working with a coach. This was the single greatest decision of my career. I started my journey lost. I described that time as being in an ocean in the middle of a storm and spinning a circles. Through coaching, the storm clouds cleared. I stopped spinning, I was able to finally set a new direction towards satisfying work and succeed in finding it! After 2 and 1/2 years of being coached, I was trained from the same organization, Professsional Christian Coaching Institute, that trained my former coach.
I now use coaching to help hundreds of entrepreneurs like you overcome obstacles, find clarity, and achieve remarkable growth in their businesses and personal lives. My long term vision is to coach a generation of business leaders that spread the light of Jesus by building business ministries across the globe.
